main
focus is to establish a group based learning process where people
collaboratively explore effective coping skills, share perspectives and
process challenging situations with the help of a professionally trained
and qualified group facilitator.
We have Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups twice a week
Tuesdays
and Thursdays
4:30 to 6pm and Depression support groups every
Wednesday
from 4 to 5pm.
this
type of therapy can help families or couples reflect on their life
challenges and resolve conflict. It can also equip families and couples
with coping skills to manage challenges they face thereafter.
these
are specifically designed training workshops to promote personal and
professional growth, enhance coping skills, build emotional resilience,
improve the soft-skills necessary for interpersonal effectiveness and
reduce the risk of burn-out.
The main goal for these workshops is to
increase productivity and reduce staff turn-over, absenteeism, and toxic
conflict in the workplace, anxiety, and depression by creating a proactive
holistic approach through employee empowerment.
